Metalsmiths Sterling is currently shipping exclusively through Canada Post. We ship at noon MST from Edmonton, Monday-Thursday. Processing is usually 1-2 business days and is not included in shipping times. We are closed on Stat holidays. 

To keep shipping costs down as much as possible for our customers, items are shipped flat and do not include a box which would be crushed during shipping. If you would like gift box, please select "ready to gift" shipping at checkout.

We do not include a receipt with our shipments, if you would like to let the person know who it is from, please include that information in the notes section at checkout.

If shipping internationally, all fees, including customs & import fees, tariffs, taxes & duties assessed are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be reimbursed.

To ensure accuracy, an order can be shipped to a single location. If you are buying multiple gifts, please place multiple orders.

While we do everything we can to ship your item as soon as possible, occasionally an item will take longer than 7 business days to process. In the event an item will take longer than 7 days we will send an email to keep you informed. For Ring Sizing and Engraving, please add two weeks to the processing time to allow for work to be done.

Shipping within Canada:

• Standard shipping: Canada Post indicates it is about 7-14 days.

• Metalsmiths Sterling does not have any additional information on tracking – we have access to the same tracking site that you do. If your order has shipped but the tracking has not updated in several days your order is still on route to you and will delivered over the coming week as they work through any backlog.

Shipping to the USA:

• Standard Shipping: Canada Post indicates it is about 10-15 days.
• Metalsmiths Sterling does not have any additional information on tracking – we have access to the same tracking site that you do. If your order has shipped but the tracking has not updated in several days your order is still on route to you and will delivered over the coming week as they work through any backlog. Please be kind in your inquiries, we really don't have any control over shipping once an item is picked up by the post office.

• All of our items are shipped in satin bags. Unless you request gift wrap shipping option at checkout, your item will not be gift wrapped.
